Physio is not unlike coaching. It's about identifying and understanding weak points and painful movements, assessing the causes of these, and developing plans to reduce pain and improve performance through exercise selection, and self management strategies, integrated into the training plan. Depending on location, manual therapy can be effective in helping accelerate this process but is not always needed when following a specific protocol for your needs.
